The Election of the HKANC Board of Directors will take place at the Annual General Meeting. Your invaluable support in all HKANC matters is vital to the success of the organization. We look forward to your participation with the vote and your attendance at the AGM on December 15, 2022.

Please support the Association, and participate in the election of the 2023—2025 Board. We have FIVE (5) nominees to fill the Board vacancies, and you may vote for up to FIVE (5) nominees. Corporate Members are entitled to ONE (1) vote each regardless of the number of representatives attending.

• Due to limited seatings/flu season concerns, all membership types will have one complimentary (in-person) seat per active membership. First come, first served.
• We welcome all members to attend the hybrid meeting from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. A zoom link will be provided closer to the event date.
• The voting & proxy package will be released closer to the event.
